AIHM Mind Lab
Mind Lab was created from a simple belief:
Sport can be one of the most powerful environments for personal growth.
Over many years working with athletes, coaches, parents and young people, we have seen that the challenges faced in sport often reflect the challenges faced in life.
A young athlete may struggle with confidence, discipline, communication, focus or handling setbacks. These same skills influence how they perform at school, work, relationships and everyday life.
At Mind Lab, we use sport and activity-based experiences as a practical way to develop these important life skills.
Rather than simply talking about confidence or resilience, participants are placed in situations where they can experience, practise and strengthen these skills in a supportive environment.
Our goal is not just to help people become better athletes.
Our goal is to help people become better versions of themselves.
Why Mind Lab
Learn it. Experience it. Apply it.
What makes Mind Lab unique is our use of sport and activity-based learning as a vehicle for personal development. Whether the goal is to improve confidence, discipline, communication, resilience, leadership or emotional control, we use practical experiences to help participants develop skills that extend beyond sport and into school, work, relationships and everyday life.
Every program is designed around a simple principle:
Below is a range of services and programs designed to support individuals, athletes, teams, schools, clubs and communities on their development journey.
