What is Mind Lab?
Mind Lab is a practical mental fitness initiative that uses sport psychology principles and sport-based experiences to help individuals and teams develop the mental, social and performance skills needed to thrive in sport and everyday life.
At AIHM, we believe sport can be one of the most powerful environments for personal growth. Every training session, game and team interaction creates opportunities to build confidence, communication, leadership, resilience and emotional control.
However, these skills are often expected rather than intentionally developed.
Mind Lab was created to bridge that gap.
By combining education, practical activities, guided reflection and real-world experiences, Mind Lab helps participants strengthen the skills that contribute to both personal development and performance.
