How we coach
Sport gives players a place to practise social skills in real time. In group drills, players listen, take turns, communicate under pressure, support teammates and work through frustration together. We also work on individual goals such as confidence, focus, motivation and decision-making.
We agree on what you want to work on, introduce a tool you can use, then practise it in a drill. For example, you might use a reset cue after an error or practise calling early when a team drill speeds up. We adjust the challenge and give feedback you can take into your next session or game.
