Meet Elias Tahan

I am passionate about helping individuals, athletes, coaches, teams and communities develop the confidence, resilience, discipline and leadership skills needed to succeed both on and off the field.

My journey has combined business, education, sport and community development, allowing me to work across a variety of environments ranging from sporting clubs and schools to leadership programs and international education initiatives.

As Co-Founder of the Australian Institute of Healthy Minds (AIHM), I lead the development and delivery of practical mental fitness programs that focus on personal growth, performance and wellbeing. My approach is built on a simple belief:

Mental skills are developed through experience, not simply through information.

Through sport, activities, challenges and guided reflection, I help individuals strengthen the skills that influence performance, relationships, decision-making and everyday life.

Over recent years, I have delivered programs for athletes, coaches, sporting clubs, schools and community groups while contributing to the development and delivery of the Applied Sport Psychology Diploma Program across the Middle East. This work has allowed me to support students, educators and practitioners in understanding how sport psychology can be applied in real-world sporting environments.

Alongside AIHM, I remain actively involved in community sport and youth development initiatives, believing that sport can be one of the most powerful environments for building confidence, resilience, communication and character.

My goal is simple:

To help people become stronger, more capable and more confident versions of themselves.
